Anxious But Able Embroidered Patch
Having anxiety can sometimes feel a little debilitating. It can get in the way of so many things and feel as if it is hindering the ease at which you go about your days. This is a little embroidered patch to help you remember that you can absolutely still do those things and accomplish what you want, even when the anxious thoughts creep in. Iron it on your bag, your dungarees, your jacket (or anywhere else you fancy) as a little reminder everyday that you may be anxious but you are still an amazing human who can get things done!
Patch is approx 5.5cm x 8cm
Perfect to gift to friends as they sit nicely inside a greetings card.

Directions for use:
Step 1: Set your iron to the hottest setting that the fabric your ironing it to can withstand.
Step 2: Preheat the area where the Patch will be applied.
Step 3: Place the patch in the desired position and cover with a tea towel or pillowcase.
Step 4: Press for around 30-40 seconds. Do not move the iron around and try to apply as much pressure as you can.
Step 5: Iron again for 30 seconds on the reverse.
For extra security you can also sew it on as well as ironing it.
When washing, if possible turn your garment inside out and use a gentle setting.

We recommend washing your Northern Power Garms clothing at 30 degrees. Do NOT tumble dry. If you're anything like us, you won't own an iron, but if you must, then iron on reverse.
You must tell us about any returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email stating we have received the item. If approved, a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment.
If you return only 1 item from a bundle, your return will be processed with the remaining item charged at full RRP (minus any non-bundle discounts previously applied).
