About Us:

Ey up! Northern Power Garms is on the hunt for a reyt good Market Warrior to join our crew! We are all about fresh threads and Northern pride. We are not just selling clothes, we are building a community, and we need someone who can bring the NPG energy to the streets! Over the next 12 months, we are going all-out on markets, and we need YOU!

Role Overview:

If you love a fast-paced, customer-focussed, sales-driving gig, this is it! We need someone who can handle the hustle of markets and bring the NPG vibe to the masses. This is an ad-hoc, flexible role, ideal for someone looking for a dynamic side hustle with a vibrant brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading in, setting up the stall, and setting down at the end of the day.
• Engaging with customers, spreading the NPG love, and making everyone feel part of the gang.
• Driving sales like a pro and hitting targets.
• Handling transactions with our POS system and card machine.
• Keeping the stall looking fresh and organised.
• Using own initiative, solving problems on the fly and making smart decisions to keep things running smoothly.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience and confidence with sales or retail
• Ability to chat to anyone and make them feel like part of the NPG family.
• You are a self-starter who can handle anything that comes your way.
• Experience with POS systems and card machines.
• Able to lift heavy stuff and stand for long shifts.
• Flexible availability for busy weekend markets.
• Driving is a plus, but being able to get to market locations is essential.
