What form of payments do you accept?

We accept the following - Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex. All credit and debit card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and we also accept PayPal. Paypal sign up is optional and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. You will be directed to PayPal’s or Shopify Payment pages after the checkout.

How long will my order take to process? 

The majority of our items are made to order (meaning we reduce wastage, yay!) - this does mean your order may take around 10 days. 

Can I get my order any quicker than this? 

If you need your order urgently, then please drop us a note at checkout, and we'll do everything we can. 

How will my order be shipped? 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification from us, and also Royal Mail. You can log into your account with us, and track your order. 

Can I return an item?

You must tell us about any returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email stating we have received the item. If approved, a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment. 

If you return only 1 item from a bundle, your return will be processed with the remaining item charged at full RRP (minus any non-bundle discounts previously applied).

*Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges of any personalised items or sale items.

Do I have to pay for shipping to return the item?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

Do you ship Internationally?

Here's the lowdown on international shipping. 

Europe:

  • Large Letter (1 T-shirt): £7.50
  • Small Parcel: £13.00

Rest of the World:

  • Large Letter (1 T-shirt): £10.00
  • Small Parcel: £17.00

We're working hard to expand our international shipping options and reduce costs. Keep an eye out for updates in the future!

Please note:

  • International shipping times may vary depending on your location. Delivery is typically 7-14 working days but may take up to 30 days depending on your local customs processing.  

Customs, VAT, and Import Taxes

Please note: Our shipping charge only covers the cost to ship the items from our facility in the UK to your address.

The price you pay for your order does NOT include any import duties, customs taxes (like VAT/GST), or brokerage/handling fees levied by your country's government or your local postal service/courier.

  • EU Customers: All orders shipped from the UK to the EU are subject to Import VAT and a handling fee, which your local postal service will require you to pay before delivery. If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel will be returned to us, and any refund issued will be less the original shipping cost and any return fees charged to us.

  • Rest of World Customers: Any import duties, customs charges, or local sales taxes (like GST or state sales tax) are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods on all customs forms (CN22/CN23).

We strongly recommend checking your country's customs and tax policies before placing an order to avoid unexpected fees.
