When is your cut-off for Christmas orders?

We start getting extremely busy for Christmas orders from the start of November. As our items are made to order we do say to expect around two weeks, however all guaranteed Christmas orders will need to be placed before Wednesday 1st December 2021.

The "Ready To Ship" page has limited items, and we will continue to dispatch these orders right up to 21st December on a Next Day service via DPD Local. 

Will the main store stay open after Wednesday 1st December 2021?

Yes! We will continue to take orders after this date, but we cannot guarantee orders will be delivered in time for Christmas. If you need something to arrive before 22nd December, please order from the "Ready To Ship" page.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept the following - Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Maestro and Amex. All credit and debit card payments are processed by Shopify Payments and we also accept PayPal. Paypal sign up is optional and all major credit and debit cards are accepted. You will be directed to PayPal’s or Shopify Payment pages after the checkout.

How long will my order take to process? 

The majority of our items are made to order (meaning we reduce wastage, yay!) - this does mean your order will take around 2 weeks. 

Can I get my order any quicker than this? 

We have a "Ready To Ship" page, but we have very limited stock on there. "Ready To Ship" items will be dispatched within 1-3 working days. 

How will my order be shipped? 

We use DPD Local. Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched by DPD on a Next Day service. Very occasionally, we may use Royal Mail signed for. 

Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a notification from us, and also DPD. You can log into your account with us, and track your order. 

Can I return an item?

You must tell us about any returns within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email stating we have received the item. If approved, a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment. Please email hello@northernpowergarms.co.uk and ensure you attach your proof of purchase/receipt.

Do I have to pay for shipping to return the item?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
