Our garms are made to order with love, just for you! We aim to get everything dispatched from NPG HQ within 10 days. If you need something urgently, just drop us a message and we'll do all we can.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
Collection is available from our store in Halifax. However, please wait until you have received a notification stating it's ready.
We recommend washing your Northern Power Garms clothing at 30 degrees. Do NOT tumble dry. If you're anything like us, you won't own an iron, but if you must, then iron on reverse.
You must tell us about any returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email stating we have received the item. If approved, a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment.
If you return only 1 item from a bundle, your return will be processed with the remaining item charged at full RRP (minus any non-bundle discounts previously applied).
*Unfortunately we do not accept returns or exchanges of any personalised items or sale items.
