Our garms are made to order with love, just for you! We aim to get everything dispatched from NPG HQ within 10 days. If you need something urgently, just drop us a message and we'll do all we can.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

We recommend washing your Northern Power Garms clothing at 30 degrees. Do NOT tumble dry. If you're anything like us, you won't own an iron, but if you must, then iron on reverse.

You must tell us about any returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email stating we have received the item. If approved, a credit will be applied to your card or original method of payment.

If you return only 1 item from a bundle, your return will be processed with the remaining item charged at full RRP (minus any non-bundle discounts previously applied).

Bought the sweater as a hoodie

I bought this print and colour as a hoodie rather than a sweater. Great colour and print, size fits well.

Disappointed with the service as I was automatically given a discount at the point of checkout as I bought two sizes to see which fit best. Upon returning one of them - the size that was too big, the discount applied to the one I kept wasn't honoured because the discount was apparently for buying two or more (something that was not communicated upon checkout) so I was refunded less than I paid for it.

Hey Sannah. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. As explained via DM, the 15% discount you received was because you purchased the items as part of a Bundle (i.e two together) When you return part of a bundle, the bundle deal no longer applies, this is standard practice. It is very clear on the website that this is a Bundle.

I am very disappointed to hear that you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, considering that as a good will gesture we even upgraded the sweaters to hoodies for you, for free.

We are a small business (as you know) and everything is printed to order. Had we have known you were going to order two items and then collect them in person, we would have suggested you come and try on blanks, rather than us print two items.

I hope that reiterating all of the above again helps.
